He taunts her, calling her pathetic and a worthless toy before roughly stripping her naked. With a sadistic grin, The Doctor reveals a collection of sharp medical tools, including a scalpel and forceps. He leans down, his breath hot against her trembling skin, and says,"Time to fix what's broken." As he begins his"repairs," the camera zooms in on the woman's agonized face contorted in pain and fear. The Doctor proceeds to penetrate the woman's body with various medical instruments, thrusting them in and out with brutal force. He chuckles darkly as she whimpers and cries out in agony beneath him. When he discovered his hidden talent for painting, he decided to pursue it as a career.
